These Guided Meditations were recorded live and open to the public.
Accordingly, there are brief introductory remarks of varying detail and length that lay a foundation for attendees. The philosophical framework of these
sessions is very broad and effortlessly accommodates a range of individual meditation techniques to be practiced within them.
Each meditation session is about 50 minutes long. There are several periods of silence in which to apply the meditation step. The sessions
typically end with "Aum, Shanti. Shanti.
Shanti."
New Guided
Meditations are being added and the format for accessing
the audiofiles is more user-friendly than previously.
